Hours of operation
Normal support operation hours
are:
Monday to Friday - 7.30 am to 8.00 pm
Saturday and Sunday - 9.00 am to 4.30 pm

Technical support via e-mail is available 24 hours a
day. Inside normal operating hours a response can
be expected within the hour. Outside normal
operating hours the average response time is four hours.

Please log your ticket via e-mail before calling.
This ensures that it is allocated to the engineer most
suitable to address your query. Have your ticket
number ready when calling. The ticket number is
returned when first raising your issue via e-mail and is
located within the subject field of all related e-mails.
Outside normal operating hours calls are directed to
the duty engineer however this is for emergency issues ONLY. You should telephone outside
normal operating hours for emergency issues only. |
